\"multi\"<\/a>Vero Beach, FL, USA – May 27, 2015 \u2014 Klus\u2019s surface mount LED fixtures are perfect for many different lighting applications because they are energy efficient, durable, offer flexible installation options, and have an elegant streamlined appearance. KLUS Design has recently announced that an ETL certification has been earned for surface mount LED fixtures. These fixtures are assembled in the USA, using UL listed LED\u2019s and can be customized by length and type of LED light.<\/p>\n

Similar to having the UL mark, having the ETL listed mark shows that a specific product or group of products have been independently tested by a Nationally Recognized Testing Laboratory (NRTL), and have met the minimum requirements of widely accepted product safety standards. Also, in order to have the ETL listing, periodic follow-up inspections must be performed to verify continued compliance. The ETL Listed Mark is recognized and readily accepted by manufacturers, retailers, distributors and authorities having jurisdiction (AHJs).<\/p>\n

Both ETL and UL marks indicate that a product meets the minimum requirements of widely accepted product safety standards, determined through independent testing by a Nationally Recognized Testing Laboratory (NRTL). So the only real difference between the marks is in the service of the testing laboratories behind them. Intertek\u2019s custom-tailored testing, quick turnarounds and flexible work methods promote collaboration between testing lab and manufacturer, to bring products to market more quickly, smoothly and cost-effectively.<\/p>\n
